General Booking Policies
1. Deposits & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date/time. No bookings are confirmed without a deposit.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
• Payment methods accepted: Cash App, zelle, cash, apple pay, or even crypto.
2. Rescheduling
• You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date (subject to availability).
• Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit.
3. Cancellations
• Cancellations result in a forfeited deposit.
• No-call/no-show = full payment required before any future booking.
4. Late Arrivals
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 15 minutes, your session time may be shortened.
• After 30 minutes, your session is considered canceled with no refund.
5. Turnaround Time
• Standard delivery is within 3-7 business days.
• Rush delivery may be available for an added fee (inquire in advance).
6. Guest Policy
• Please limit guests to only those being photographed, unless previously discussed.
7. Editing & Delivery
• All final images are professionally edited and delivered digitally.
• No RAW or unedited images will be released.
8. Usage & Rights
• The photographer retains copyright to all images.
• Clients receive personal usage rights. Commercial or promotional use must be discussed and agreed upon.
9. Weather (For Outdoor Shoots)
• If weather interferes with the shoot, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
• Please stay flexible with backup dates.
